The Exchange – SOHO is primely located at the core of the central business district of Nanjing Road West. It is one of Shanghai’s tallest skyscrapers at 217 meters tall. The building comprises of 80,510 square meters of gross floor area above ground, and its floors 1 & 2 are dedicated to retail space covering 3,842 square meters. Already occupying the building are such well known brands as Blue Jamaican Coffee, China Construction Bank, and SalonH.

Floors 1 & 2 of the building are dedicated to retail space, and the entire building is regulated by US Carrier’s advanced air conditioning system. There are 13 originally-installed Mitsubishi elevators, with speed from floor 1 to floor 57 of no more than 30 seconds.
